Claire's — Attraction in Riverside Township

Got my daughter's ears pierced on 8/27/2019 for her birthday. We were there in the evening.it wasnt busy. 2 workers went to pierce the ears to cause less pain. The Hispanic looking worker did it quickly and cleanly and straight. Very little discomfort on the right ear. The African American worker was tugging pushing and looked like she was bringing in a fish with the wild arm movements causing alot of pain to my child. It wasnt until we got home to put an ice pack on because it was still causing alot of pain that we saw she didn't pierce the ear lobe straight but at an UPWARD ANGLE TOWARDS SHELL OF EAR. No wonder my kid IS STILL IN PAIN AS IM WRITING THIS NOW on 8-28-19. THIS ISNT LIKE A HAIRCUT that easy to even out. HOW AM I TO FIX THIS? Soraya made my experience very memorable. She was very nice from the start that I walked in. She greeted me and allowed me to look around without pushing for a sale right away like most stores do. When I finally got around the whole store I approached her by asking for her opinion on what jewelry would go best with a dress. I told her I had a wedding to attend and she recommend silver, she allowed me to leave the store and search at other places and when I came back she still gave me the same attitude to help me out when I was indecisive.
