Taqueria El Milagro — Restaurant in Riverside Township

Service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! The servers are rude and it seems like they don't know how to do their job. There have been multiple times where we don't get the food we ordered. The tamales are delicious but when you have to drive to the mall to pick them up and then come home to realize that they didn't give you 1 dozen tamales that you ordered it ruins your appetite. Then having to drive back to the mall and waste your time for them to rudely give you the tamales they forgot to put in the bag. The owners should do something about the employees because they feel entitled to be mean with the customers. I went a couple weeks ago and I told the employee I didn't want salsa. There was a woman who ordered after I did and she asked for extra red salsa and the employee said she couldn't give it to her even though that salsa isn't very liked. Food was okay not worth the hype, was disappointed in the service I wasn’t aware that the food doesn’t come with sauce so after I got my food I asked the lady for a red sauce cup she said it was .83 cent. I was okay fine with paying but I didn’t want to rewait in the long line just for a sauce cup so I tried to give the lady and the pick up window $1 for the sauce cup and I didn’t need the change back but she told me I need to wait in the line. The service and food was absolutely horrible. I had came here a couple of weeks ago and it seems like they just want to get everyone out of there as quick as possible. As someone who was a manager in the food industry, this is not how you’re supposed to run a restaurant. If you don’t like your job, go find a new one. If you’re having a bad day, there’s nothing to justify you taking it out on a customer. It was my first and most likely my last time going there.
