Mattress Firm Clearance Center Berwyn — Hotel in Berwyn

I went here on 5/24/2021 the sales person Judy was very kind and helpful, Thank you. But I will never purchase a mattress from Mattress Firm again. I called about exchanging my mattress for a better quality and I was told by a salesperson I couldn't because mine was on clearance. When I talk to the person that sold me the mattress she explained to me I could exchange it for a better one, but Mattress Firm charges a 10% Restocking Fee and $99 for delivery so I would have to pay them about $130 extra to pickup the mattress. But as you can see nothing is noted on my receipt concerning this return or exchange fee. Now the sales person put the mattress in my truck and I drove it to my building and had it took to my unit. So why is it that I can't have it put back in my truck and take it to Mattress Firm warehouse? So this company makes money off you no matter what and they turn around and sale what you returned and make more money. If this is a normal sale situation I wouldn't know. I've never returned a bed I've purchased. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau concerning this...

I am soooo HAPPY with Mattress Firm!!! I don’t know why I hadn’t stopped here first. After canceling my order at a furniture store for repeatedly rescheduling delivery date (a month after purchase and still no mattresses) because of a back order, I came here and I am happy we did. Judy was very helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable. She helped my 3 teenagers pick out a comfy mattress. I was even able to take a mattress home with me the day of purchase and picked up the second mattress at the Countryside location too; which the employee there was also very nice and helpful. Delivery on the 3rd mattress is scheduled and I will receive in a couple days. I will definitely be recommending Mattress Firm to my family and friends. I will be back soon to pick out a mattress for my husband and I....

We were sold a mattress from here and we were told it would be delivered in the next few days. However, that night after they took our money we were told they couldn't find the mattress we ordered and they would call us back by noon the next day. That never happened. I called them myself to figure out what was going on. It turns out that the mattress we ordered was damaged and consequently we paid for a mattress we were never going to get. The best they offered us was for me to pay more for something different. I felt cheated, lied to and just taken advantage of. Overall it was a ruse to upsell us, waste my time and bad customer service. This was my experience, if you do go here I hope...
