DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM IF SHAWN ROBERTS IS INVOLVED! I I I I I unfortunately did not see this site till after I added my 2 kids which orginally were told trip for up to 4 per room. Not true, paid $1100. up front for the first two when wanted to add the additional 2 than it is $396 for the cruise for port fees.... and another $458 for the all inclusive as they can stay in room BUT you have to pay the extra $99/day/person fee because of food/drink. Now that it is time to go on this $2100 already paid vacation, we get the forms of all the hidden fees, another $567 will have to be paid in FL, on the ship and on the island. To make matters worse, the hurricane hit the bahamas and now we can not go to the all-inclusive resort we paid for. They made alternate plans to go to BIMINI and put us up in a non-all inclusive hotel with no refund for the food/drink!!!!! When asked for the refund for the extra 2 per contract no refunds! When asked to just cancel the whole thing and refund whole amt. same response from phone person to the superviseor.

NO REFUNDS!! They have your money and will not return for no reason. Here it is one week away from leaving so have plane reservations which can not be refunded for 4 people. we are stuck going and probably paying another $1000 on top of the $2000 already paid!! and from the post i've read I am not going to enjoy the Ramada or the cruise. Definately poorly run company as they did not inform me of destination change. If I hadn't called with question would of gotten to FL and informed at welcome center probably. They are offering another "FREE" 2 day cruise and 2 nights in all inclusive as 1 of 4 options because of change. There is no way I will ever do business with this company again and warn everyone HANG UP do not get pulled into their...

The cruise itself was spectacular. They integrated a lot of dancing and fellowship into the way that they ran the ship. The only bad thing about it is that they were too expensive. On the ship alone one could spend $200 to $300 for only being up there for 2 days not to mention going to the Bahamas which in itself is a big expense. You could not get off the boat if you did not get a touring package which started off at $54. Everything on the boat was up charged by the 18% service fee that could not be refunded. They have the option of Wi-Fi, but it's not worth it. Wi-Fi for 2 days cost $25. For one day it cost $15. The Wi-Fi is obviously not good quality considering the fact that you're in the middle of nowhere most of the time but you have to constantly log back in to the network to use the Wi-Fi. The food on the cruise was very high quality including the complementary buffet that they had from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m.You also had the choice of reserving a dinner at one of their restaurants. The reservation along with the dinner was free as long as you went with the special. If you wanted to get something more like extra shrimp on the salad or hamburger instead of a steak they would charge you and then add that 18% service charge fee. Other than that it's a great place for children to spend the day at the Kids Care Center. They have a very engaging staff with parties that last all the way until 12 in the morning and the view of the Bahamas on top of the ship is...

I took the heroes sail for " free "...

Now when I booked all I had to pay for was $200 for taxes according to the web site.

Once onboard was told that had to pay for gas $50 per day and around $30 daily for service charges. Around $110 for 10 premium drinks. Meals at the buffet and fins restaurant are free and are ok, unless you want premium steaks or lobster, those are around $30 each. Water, regular coffee and lemonade or ice tea at the fountain are free if you want soda or a bottle of water they cost around $5 each. Premium coffee costs around $4 and a medium size pizza is around $9. Wi-Fi is $36 for two days since you won't have a phone signal l until you hit the Bahamas.

We left friday night from Port of Palm Beach, stayed onboard all night friday, all day and night Saturday and on Sunday we stopped at Freeport, Bahamas and they let us go out around 8:30am and had to come back before 4:30pm.

The casino was ok and the stand up comedy show and musical show were pretty good.

The pool has access only for 18 people at a time and the jacuzzi only 4 which is kind of odd for the huge amount of people.

It was all about business and spending on the boat.

When you return back to Florida, you have to go through customs and the process was very unorganized, they had two lines for people with passports and people with just birth certificates, but they never mentioned anything about the global card until I mentioned, so I was able to leave in less...

Enjoyable time ! It's an old Costa cruise line ship, but well maintained. We oppted for the one night cruise over to Freeport, five day stay at Viva Wyndham resort, ( all inclusive) then the one night cruise back to Florida. Off the ship in record time and the ships crew were fantastic. We're going again next April. The Valet parking however is expensive, for the week, It was 114.00 Dollars and does not include tip. They also are Not responsible for any damage to your car while in their care. On a side note there's a lot to do on the ship, I enjoyed the one room where there were large models of past cruise ships, along with ship bells. Unfortunately none of my pictures turned out except for two. If you go, bring plenty of dollar bills, everyone expected at tip.

If you are looking for a good time or to see if you will enjoy a cruise, this is the one for you. The boat has it all. I promise the best way to book is directly through the company and not the timeshare. Offers a concierge package that is worth the money and Sandra will take care of your every need. If you get off the boat, do not buy a Grand Lucayan excursion. Anything else is good. Drink package is recommended and be prepared to pay 18% on everything. The staff is pleasant and the boat is large enough to avoid the riff raff if you brought the family.
