Inside Out — Attraction in Roanoke

old review, no longer accurate Absolutely fantastic!!! The people are always so friendly and helpful, and they have an incredible array of products!!! Well, sad to say this review no longer reflects my feelings towards Inside Out. I’ve been a regular here for over a year now, but sadly every era must come to an end. I went to the store to exchange a sealed unopened consumable product that I’d purchased 24 hours previously, and upon speaking to Travis he informed me that he does not accept returns or exchanges on any consumable products regardless of whether they’d been opened or not. I asked how long this policy had been in place because I’d never been informed of it, and asked if it was in writing on the receipts or a sign somewhere. After evading answering my questions for several minutes and claiming there was a sign “somewhere around here”, Travis finally admitted there was no sign and the policy was not in writing, and then said I needed to leave before he called the police because I was “hysterical and confrontational and really needed to calm down” (all I had said up to this point was asking where the sign was and asking why he was refusing to exchange unopened resellable product). At this point, I encouraged him to call them so they could settle the confusion on return policies that aren’t posted and who was right here, and he returned to calling me “hysterical and shrill” and then proceeded to mock my voice (I naturally have a higher pitched voice), and then dragged his poor employee out of the back room into the empty store to “settle it”. When her attempt to settle it wasn’t to his liking, he told her to put the keys down and leave the counter and then told me to leave before he called the cops again. I told him I would leave when the matter was settled, and he then tried to snatch the product out of my hands and told me to “give it to him”, and he finally gave me a refund after I gave him the product. If this is how the owner of the store treats one of their most loyal and regular customers over an exchange of $16, I would hate to see how he treats the rest of his customers. Really sad to find out the store I’ve been supporting for so long is really like this, but now Sherie’s Place will be getting a lot more...

I went to inside out, a vape shop, here in Virginia, they are no longer going to be selling tobacco products! Only products to be used smoking your cannabis, or your favorite dab/wax.... It was a wonderful experience especially having someone that knows exactly what you're looking for, I purchased a vape pen, and a grinder for my flower, the grinder also has a bottom compartment that catches the Keefer, that is actually the hash, I did not even know this, as you could say, I always used to smoke weed, and now I'm on medical marijuana, so I am learning as I go about all of the different names and ways to do this, but I am really excited about the many ways to use the wax/dab I think it is so cool, I am really glad that Virginia actually is the first Southern State to be legalizing marijuana, because we are so far behind the times, so this is very exciting, I highly recommend going to inside out vape shop, it's the only one that I will be going to, because they have everything that you need, I am 100% satisfied, thank you inside out for your knowledge, and expertise Bonnie ✌️😎🌱🗣️.... This place came up on google as a gift shop, so I stopped by to get some incense because that is what was displayed on their website. When I got there I was hassled immediately about if I had an id card and if I was over 21 very rudely. I then said you can look at it but I prefer to not let you hold it. She got an attitude and was still persistent about me handing it to her even during the social distance measures we are to use for safety at these times. Then she starts hollering about me not pulling it out because it could be fake. Then from there I couldn’t understand the rest of what she was hollering. But long story short, this is not a gift shop at all, as listed on google. Also I wasn’t even going to purchase any tobacco at all. She seem to be going through something personal and kept referring to her manager making these crazy guidelines. Hopefully the owner accepts business and at least isn’t as rude about things as his or her employees. So have your id ready or get...
