My experience here was awesome! I had Dysport (type of Botox) injections around my upper lip also known as a Lip Flip. My esthetician was Tammy. She answered all of our questions knowledgeably and with recommendations, but not the pushy, up-sell, sales routine. Which was refreshing, because we were inquiring about all kids of procedures (I brought a friend). Tammy helped me sign up for a rewards program which saved me $20! So my lip flip was only $30! ($20 + $10 tip). She used topical numbing cream, and I didn't even feel half of the injections. It was an overall inexpensive and easy appointment, AND I was able to schedule it online via email which was AWESOME. These are the kinds of things that keep people coming back. Today was my second appointment with Natalie at the spa. I first went in December and received the Hydrafacial, Dermaplaning and Eyelash Lift. My initial appointment with Natalie was amazing! She walked and talked me through everything, asked if I had any questions and or concerns. It was the first time I had a lift and it turned out awesome! Plus I have dry eye and was worried about if it would affect my eyes and I felt just fine and my lashes turned out FABULOUS! Today's appointment was just as amazing as my first. Natalie is so personable, has great energy and is a sweetheart! My face feels so light, smooth and rejuvenated. I know have an appointment every 4 weeks for the above services. I've already been twice! Natalie did such a good job on dermaplaning and a hydrafacial. My skin felt great for so long!! Even if you dermaplane at home, this is the real deal and leaves your skin feeling EXTRA smooth. She walked me through each of the steps and explained things as she went. I'll definitely be going back.

I also saw Tammy for Dysport. She's super nice and easy to work with. She took the time to talk through the different options and what I might like best. She made the experience and personal, which is a MUST when getting any sort of injection.
