Winthrop Lake — Attraction in Rock Hill

Really enjoy Winthrop lake. I go walking and biking here. Biking is really fun, the hills are engaging but not impossible. The scenery is nice, there's open fields, covered areas, a bamboo forest and nice flowers all about. Winthrop Lake is my go to location to do a little soul rest before work. The lake itself is beautiful and you can tell they take pride in the area.

Truthfully, I'm surprised it isn't more frequented by athletes getting some exercise in. Then again, maybe that's a blessing.
