I've only been here once and I love this place! Tickets are inexpensive and they allow you to ride all day. They also offer a AAA discount. They usually run two different trolleys at a time, although more (and different) trolleys are out during special events. The scenery is nice during your ride, and it is a fairly smooth ride on the Narrow Gauge tracks. The workers, which I believe are mostly volunteers, are friendly and helpful. You can tell they have a passion for what they do. You can sometimes tour some of the grounds and the car barn where you can see the entire collection of trolleys that are running and others in the process of being refurbished. Read moreMy wife and I had the opportunity to stop here on a Sunday a couple of weeks ago. There were other activities in the area so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The volunteers are very involved with this museum and their enthusiasm for all of the displays is quite apparent. They even have trolleys from other countries in their collection. We rode several of the trolleys and the restoration that was done on each of them was first rate. Read moreThe last time I was there was with the Penns Landing Trolley group and we went there and got a chance to operate the trollies. So when we were there last weekend we went on the Santa Claus trolley and got a chance to see the miniature Train set. And I got a chance to change the electric poles on the trolley it brought back memories of when I had operated the Penns Landing Trolley.
