The property didn't suffer greatly but BE AWARE, the huge amount of rainfall caused a big change in the adjacent lake. Flooding expanded the area to double the size. Stirred up the gators too and many of the homes adjacent have septic systems. Keep your animals out of the water. CARRY YOUR PET'S DRINKING WATER WITH YOU. Ground and lake water contamination are still a problem due to the flooding, septic leaching and chemical /fertilizer run off. It will take a while to return to normal but it is still a great place to exercise your dog. REMEMBER to BRING your dog a CLEAN BOWL AND CLEAN WATER TO DRINK until things STABILIZE. END OF EDIT
