New place, super clean, and prompt service if you are pressed for time. I had the birria quesadilla and the cheese was amazing. The beef was in both the quesadilla and my consommé cup. I took some out of the cup and put it on the rice which was also perfectly cooked, nice and fluffy. My daughter loved the flautas and she is really picky about those. There's also a nice little store....
