Metroplex Event Center — Attraction in Rogers

It is big and spacious, the decor very pretty BUT the customer service leaves a lot to be desired!! My family had an event there mid summer, mind you they charge A PRETTY PENNY, but they don’t treat you like you are a valued customer handing over $$,$$$.$$

The day before they allow you to go practice they give you 1-2 hrs and are kicking you out ON THE DOT!! We’re like ok give us 5 min and they owner was just rushing us out. What’s worse they will NOT TURN ON THE AC!!! Again—- you pay A LOT of money and they are worried about turning on the AC for you to go in that 1-2 hrs prior to your event. She just said “no, it takes several hours to cool off.” She never even bothered to look away from her computer to acknowledge me! If I’m providing a costly service I am going to make sure it’s comfortable, if it take 1-2 hours to cool down then go in two hours before my scheduled time and turn it on to make it comfortable for the people paying you THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!! This was when it’s 100°+ outside, we have people practicing a dance coming from work and you’re too worried about your electric bill for 2 hrs? I guarantee you the amount they were paid can cover the electric bill no problem. She said, we have fans on for them. Lol omg okay….. 4 fans? Thanks!

Also, I attended another event just this past weekend! The AC was broken!! They paid thousands of dollars THOUSANDS for this event- had family traveling from out of town to go to this big venue where EVERYONE was dying! Never got fixed. All guest were sweating. If they’d turned it on the day before for the practice they could have found out it was broken!! I hope they got back large part of their money because that really affected their turn out. I had several friends call and were going and said “I heard it’s really hot is it true? Oh well I’m not gonna go then” This totally affected the turnout of their guests. Which is ridiculous to have such a large venue CHARGE HIGH END PRICES, PROVIDE SUB...

This is the second year in a row that we have chosen the Metroplex for our company Christmas party, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. Fredy and his staff truly go above and beyond to ensure that our event is not just stress-free, but absolutely perfect in every way!

The Metroplex's attention to detail and commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of our experience. The lighting, sound, and AV system provided were top-notch! The professionalism and expertise of the Metroplex staff were greatly appreciated, and they worked tirelessly to ensure that everything ran smoothly.

What impressed us the most was that this year's event was even better than last year's, which we thought was already outstanding. Fredy and his team are constantly looking for ways to improve and innovate, and it truly shows in the quality of their service. It's rare to find a venue that consistently goes the extra mile to make each event memorable!!

I attended a Quinceañera this past weekend for a cousin and I was very impressed with the Metroplex Event Center. I heard only wonderful things being said by other guests about the beautiful venue itself as well as the staff. The atmosphere was very elegant and the entire event was perfectly co-ordinated.

Special recognition to Freddy and the Metroplex team over all. They were all so pleasantly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire night. My son had an asthma attack and the concern and compassion didn’t extend from just one person. Multiple members of the team joined efforts to make sure he was okay and continued to check in on him long after it had passed. I have attended and co-coordinated/decorated for Weddings, Quinceañeras, and Anniversary parties at various venues and most ask for suggestions on how they can improve, I can’t think of even one for this venue. I will absolutely recommend this event center...
