WestRock — Local services in Rogers

It's one of the worst companies I've ever picked a load from...be careful not to enter the employee lot parking because the woman yard jockey will come barking at you like a dog, LITERALLY! That old rag has an attitude problem, I can see from previous comments that this is her everyday behavior. I realy don't know what triggered her, I think it was my accent or my skin color...They also gave me a door number 1 (out off all the doors) I had to back it up from the right, on my blind side....after driving all night....they don't want to help you park they are cheering for you to hit someones car so they can get money from your insurance. If the owner of the company is reading this, and actually cares how the job is done in this place, I would advise you to get someone who isn't aggressive as this old woman. Also a BIG NO TRUCKS sign would help because, from what I could tell, drivers get confused all the time...

If you have a pick up on the weekend, be careful because nobody is gonna be working. They want you to sign and scan in paperwork but the scanner doesn't work. Then you gotta look for your trailer at the drop lot a block away and if you don't see it, hopefully your trailer has gps because my trailer wasn't at the drop lot, it was at a completely different company not listed on their instructions. Oh and they give you a metal seal but don't tell you that your trailer might have a plastic one already on it and the instructions don't tell you anything about the plastic seal and hey you might have to wait several hours before anyone knows if you can take that trailer or not. Massive waste of time, horrible incomplete instructions and a clear sign they do not care one bit about us drivers and our time. Oh and my trailer had a flat on it, so the yard dogs might not care about your...

To be a driver delivering expect to wait at 3 to 4 hours. Only 1 dock for shipping and receiving. No check in. Wait until your turn. And hope people have respect enough to stay in line. Not organized at all. Will never be coming to here again. Broker said I had appointment at 1. And yard people laughed at me. Like nope first come first serve. In other words get here early and wait...
