Town & Country Inn — Hotel in Rogers

This hotel failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I felt compelled to share my dreadful experience to warn others about this hotel and its complete lack of basic hygiene and safety measures. First and foremost, upon entering my room, I was greeted by the poor condition it was in. No headboards, hole all the way through the wall to the other room, burn holes in the blankets, no microwave plate and no shampoo and conditioner these where all the things my husband and I thought we could live with and it being a budget pet friendly hotel/motel. It was evident that the hotel had not invested in any form of maintenance or refurbishment in quite some time. Giving the room an even closer look we found a cockroach crawling out of the PTAC unit. Seeing such a disgusting pest in a supposedly reputable hotel is both unacceptable and a clear indication of the hotel's negligence in maintaining cleanliness and pest control. To make matters worse, I discovered that the fire alarm system in the hotel was not functioning properly. This is an egregious safety issue that puts the lives of guests at risk. It is absolutely irresponsible and unacceptable for a hotel to overlook such a critical aspect of guest safety. Considering the exorbitant amount I paid for my stay, I expected a certain level of quality and service, both of which were sorely lacking. When I reported the cockroach sighting, and smoke alarm issue the receptionist merely shrugged it off, offering no refund or attempt to address the issue. We did not stay the night and came back the next day and got the second night refunded back to my card. my experience was a complete disaster. From the cockroach to the malfunctioning fire alarm system and the disinterested staff, this hotel failed to meet even the most basic expectations. Save yourself the trouble, I strongly urge potential guests to steer clear of this...

Ok so when I check out of this place with the foul manager and and unprofessional owner ..i wouldn't even give them a half a star ....i was very hurt with the customer service and the way they treated me ....i can't even explain ....im out of the hospital very sick ..so a church helped me so I could get better ..and paid for a week ...the first thing that happens is I get a nasty smoking room mind you I breath of off a machine ...so I let them know I'm allergic..they move me to a different room ...2 days|| later it's raining and a tile in the celling just came down and there was probably enough water in it to fill a tub ...so I move rooms again ...now I'm in a room that looks like it's being remodeled no water works any were ...its also the back of hotel ...next thing I know random people are knockin on my door asking me for meth ...two days later I get moved again ...this room is actually ok except for the fact the owner would not let me renue another week because of this rude manager ...telling lies ...the reason behind this is because of my so called traffic ...witch mind you were his guest....probally the same guest walking around asking for drugs...i don't know the guest nor the eymployees ..and after my experience I would not want to ...they seemed like a bunch of delusional people messed up on pills or something creating drama with innocent people . Then just a hour ago that same no work ethic having manager called me and accused me of stealing blankets ..ITS ANOTHER ||Skid row motel ... not professional at all very rued and it was the second WORST WORK ETHIC ...and CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN...

This is an older motel , ( not hotel ) , that I would guess was built in the 60's . It could use a lot of renovation , but for the price , you can't expect the Hilton . There was a microwave , mini fridge , free wifi , but no coffee pot.( there was supposed to be 1 ) Asked about said pot and was told they couldn't get one till next day . Never did get one . Free breakfast is coffee , juice , and 1 ( and ONLY 1 ) small pastry . There was a threatening sign to do away with it all together if you took more than 1 . House keeper was off on Saturday so no cleaning service . ( I did get clean towels , but had to ask for them ) . Main complaint is the coffee pot . I don't think they...
