Sinks Pharmacy - Rolla — Attraction in Rolla

Not once, not twice but 3 times in a row I've had an absolutely horrible experience with this terrible pharmacy and the staff that are employed there. Most recently I was blatantly lied to by the delivery. I asked specifically if they were going to be able to deliver my meds on Friday regardless of the weather and was told YES, without a doubt she sounded clear and confident. Of course Friday came and I called to have my meds delivered and was told there will be NO delivery today. Not to mention there was barely any snow accumulation at all! I was rudely denied my request over the phone, and the lady I spoke with tried to shift the blame on me and not even so much as an apology, and what's worse NO attempt whatsoever to help me with a solution. I'm disabled and a type 2 Diabetic and had to go 3 days without my medication. Never use...

Sent in a script at 11:00. Was first told they had it and it would be ready in 30 minutes. I waited. Next I was told that they didn’t have have a script at all. I called my doctor and the said Sinks confirmed that they had received it. My husband went back. They said they didn’t have the medication but were going to mix up something else that would work (antibiotic) and it would be ready in 30 min. Came back 45 minutes later and they said it wasn’t ready and asked me to pull around and wait in line again. Was told last Friday my prescription would be ready that day. Went to pick it up and was told it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. No big deal. Monday I got an alert that my prescription was ready. I waited until Friday to pick it up. Then was told it wasn’t ready and they put it back after 14 days. Me being confused said it’s only been 4 days though. The lady leas at the drive thru then says chill. I am completely flabbergasted at this point. And say excuse me to which she goes on about how they will have my prescription ready in a few minutes if I wanted to pull around. I will be switching pharmacies. I can’t believe how they talk...
