Rude customer service. Mobile ordered & they forgot our two bags or chips and 6 cookies. My poor mother was sweet to go back for us and they tried to argue with her and make her feel bad. She showed them the receipt and asked since it’s “been over an hour now can the sandwiches be remade”. Note, they also, took the sandwiches in the back out of our sight after giving her a hard time already. They said “they’re fine if it’s only been an hour and they aren’t toasted”. My flatbread was supposed to be toasted, and even put in the request please toast the flatbread. Another was a chicken teriyaki wrap so obviously that should be warm as well. Third was a tuna so a bit soggy but not too bad. Disappointed the manager didn’t even handle the situation, a team member had to run back and forth to communicate between. I get it was a $50 order so it’s probably annoying to remake but let’s be real… it’s more annoying to have to go back to the store, prove you ordered what you ordered, and it takes over an hour to get an order that’s incorrect and had bad service. I don’t want to pull this card but, I worked at subway… I know how this should have been handled. Do better.

Well all of a sudden the "revamped" their menu and raised prices significantly. But here is the facts of what they did. They literally added no new meat's, veggies, bread ect. All they did was take the same sandwiches and add something like pepperoni to the meatball and call it "The Boss". Well if you remember correctly you use to be able to get the meatball and adding pepperoni was 50¢. And this goes for all their Subs. Read moreI’m honestly pretty livid right now. I’m pregnant and was CRAVING a Sweet Onion Chicken sub ADD BANANA PEPPERS… and this is what I got back. Chicken, cheese, and banana peppers… NO SAUCE, NO VEGGIES. Like what the hell is this?! I waited in the drive-thru line for 38 minutes to receive this lazily made disappointment. And to make it all better, I DONT EVEN LIVE IN ROLLA. So I couldn’t come back to get a refund or new sub. 30 minute drive, 38 min wait time, 30 min drive AGAIN.
