CloudHaven Dispensary — Attraction in Roscoe Township

Check your discounts before making a trip. I placed an order on 6/4 after hours. The receipt had the discount and gave me a total and said I could pick it up by the 6/6 before closing time. Partial my fault for not questioning it while I was in the building. Once I was halfway home I realized. That was pretty pricey. I stopped at Sunnyside prior so I expected to spend some money today. I called to only to be told that was yesterday's discount and it does not apply for today order though my receipt said that it did when I checked out last night. If you want the cannabis industry to be respected as a legit business. You should run it like one. A little effort to try and come to understanding goes a long way. Not just that was yesterday and crickets. Only reason for the 2 stars was the desk people that are always welcoming. To the woman that took my call. Customer service and relationships are what make businesses thrive. This is coming from a household where both adults are self employed business owners and serve customers daily. If you think sunnyside is expensive....... At least they always make...

I'm sorry but I still have to drive all the way to Rockford Sunnyside because this place is not even a competitor to Sunnyside Sunnyside constantly has better prices more sales and more product this place doesn't even have ounces most of the time and if they do it's just shake dust for way over price. I recommend whoever owns this place needs to step it up it needs to drop prices and do more competitive sales or it's going to go bankrupt. The parking lot is always empty they never have anything good a lot of times you're stuck with only one choice of something because they don't have any stock. Multiple times I have gone there after looking on their website and I get there and they don't have the item in stock and it's just absolutely ridiculous. On top of all that they have tablets sitting there you can't use you can't sign into your points and get points and it's been way over the time they said they would have it fixed. Somebody needs to step up...

Prices are high, staff is weird and location sucks. A million reasons why this company won't last or compare to the other dispensaries in this region the building is shaped like an old motel, when I walk into a dispensary I want the person helping me to make me feel comfortable these employees give off sting operation vibes not dispensary employees they give off vibes like they had to drug test to even get into the job, and as for prices they aren't the worst I ever seen but they rarely do deals / promos and the selection isn't as big or worth making the trip here.and before you respond to my review saying your a “new dispensary” like you have responded to the other reviews I understand your a new one but your not the first or only one which means this could’ve been better planned this out. I hope I can visit a year from now and I have a 5 star review...
