I wish there was a half star to give, because a full star is definitely too much credit. I can't say this enough, the people who greet you in the front of the office are the face of your company. When walking in and being greeted in a rude demeanor, and then giggled at is more then disrespectful. I was very much interested in multiple generators and looked forward to purchasing them for my own company that is family owned. To say the least, there was a boy/man named Jim. He was very rude and seemed to not take any of the questions I had into consideration. He was very rude to his team members, that worked in the warehouse. As a company you work together. As a sales man I figured he would be more knowledgeable but instead he was just irritable. Business owners small and big, stay away.
