Rosé 11 — Restaurant in Roselle

Glad to share my experience, so hopefully no one else has to endure the same thing. Gave this place business by hosting a large party, referred a ton of people. Placed a large catering order for my child’s Birthday, was in communication the entire time with the owner, had an edit but was certain we were good to go as confirmed the day prior, and never received the food, or a call back. I called, left messages even got a hold of someone who said she was at her bakery but then wasn’t?! Playing games. No show no call, while I had over 30 guests. The amount of stress this caused is unacceptable. Luckily, I got my catering from another restaurant and it was delicious & the place was professional. I do not understand how you can blow someone off and pretend like you want to “improve your service”. Not even a call back. Pathetic. Extremely disappointed & will never recommend again. Besides, I know I am not the only one who was treated this way, so beware & take your money somewhere else.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These two owners are unprofessional when it comes to customer engagement and customer service. Walked in to check out their bistro-cafe, walked out empty-handed and stunned from my experience. Came in ---- no greeting. Display case of baked goods do not provide labels of what they're called or of its ingredients. Asked one of the ladies about two chocolate baked goods. One of which I wanted to ask what was inside. She replied as if she were guessing "hmmm, those are with apples." And another--which appeared to be a brownie garnished with crushed pecans or almonds. I wanted to clarify what type of nuts were used; she answers, "hmm, it's a brownie with different nuts." Like was she kidding?! What kind of baker, let alone one of the owners, does not know how to properly inform their potential customers what exact ingredients are in their baked goods. That was absolutely ridiculous. Sure, I may have not tried what they had to offer but why would I waste my money from that experience? For me, someone who works in the food industry--a baker--having experience from my family's previous catering business---and knows and abides by giving the best customer service for my customers: THIS PLACE is not worth the pit stop. Oh my goodness, let me tell you about Rose 11—it's like stepping into a fairy tale! The restaurant is just so beautiful, with the most amazing ambiance and decor that'll make your heart skip a beat.

When my girlfriend and I went for the first time, Natalia, our server, was an absolute sweetheart. She was so friendly, polite, and made sure we had everything we needed.

We ordered the Pavlova and passion fruit tea, and oh my, they were divine! Every bite was like a little taste of heaven, and the tea was so refreshing.

What really blew me away was the attention to detail in everything, from the elegant glassware to the charming tea cups—it's all just so pretty!

I'm already planning my next visit, and this time, I definitely want to try dinner. Rose 11 is just perfect for a romantic date night or a lovely lunch with the girls. I can't wait to go back!
