Hellcat Boardwalk Trail — Attraction in Rowley

Nice easy walk with not a lot of varied terrain as it is almost entirely boardwalk path. Good for older folk or taking a light jog.

It appears the primary activity at the lookout spots is birdwatching so consider bringing some binoculars or a telescope.

There is a medium height (about 4-5 short flights of stairs tall) lookout tower down the south parking lot end by the marshes as well.

Off one of the smaller parking lots on the side of the road (next to an aviation history info sign) past the entry gate is a beach access with a looong and less consistent boardwalk as well though it is looking a bit weathered and might be harder on those who have trouble...
