Well this park is in Rush Springs and it’s where they hold the watermelon festival. I went there just for this reason and I was disappointed. You think that they would have watermelon everywhere but they didn’t. There was a small section with rides (like at a carnival) mainly for kids. There were small pop up shops (vendors and food, more like snacks). It was...

Great "home town" park. If you have never tasted the natural spring water there, you should! Pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the local people we met walking there, and by the open, clean public restrooms! Obviously the people here have some pride and love for their town...
