Usually Pretty Friendly Service & Most Of The Employees Go Out Of Their Way To Make Customers Feel Welcome & Wanted As Well As Appreciated Which Reflects Very Well On The Establishment. Although, There Has Been A Slight & Variating Drop In Some Customer Courtousy By Some Employees Recently. We've Had Employees Answer The Phone When Ordering A Pizza Who Huff & Express Obvious Distaste In Taking Pizza Orders, I Am Not Sure If It's Necessarily Their General Feeling For ALL Pizza Orders They Receive Or If It's That They Feel Negatively About Taking Orders At Certain Times Of The Day Or Certain Days Of The Week But We Order Spuraticly & we've Experienced The negative attitude on a few different occasions & differing hours of the day As well....
Aside from, but related to, that issue... we've also experienced rude and impolite responses and reactions to whether we request regular or thin crust Pizza... Along with hateful huffing even when we accept that the requested type of crust is "not available" (they're out of 1 of the types of crust) which we usually accept as the case and then respond that "That's Okay, The other type of crust would be fine with us. " The Results With Ordering Thin Crust Lately Is That The Topping On The 🍕 Pizza Only Covers About Half Of The Slice In The Center... Giving A Solid inch of crust all the way around the outer edge of the pizza, Very Disappointing. The breakfast burritos also have been poorly Made recently with the bacon being under cooked and the cheese sauce tasting & Smelling terrible most of the time. And the under cooked bacon being a problem with all the pre-prepared breakfast selections.
Lastly, We Have Stopped Completely Purchasing Any Milk From Hop & Sack & I Don't Know If It's The Cooler Itself That's Causing Them To Go Bad But In A Couple Of Recent Occasions We've Purchased The Small Personal Size Chocolate Milks & Have Discovered Chunks Of coagulated Milk In All Of Them. My Daughter Was Even Warned By An Employee To Check The Milk Before Leaving After Her Purchase Because There Had Been A Couple Of Complaints Of This Recently & when she tried it there in the store she thought it was fine, however after getting home with it she realized that the chocolate in the milk must have Obviously masked the smell and taste when she tried it in the store and when she poured it in the sink she was reassured that her suspicion, After her second taste of the milk was more accurate because she saw chunks of milk as she was pouring it down the drain. Also the cheese on the sandwiches in the same cooler have shown, on some of the packages, to be slightly melted and smeared on the package which leads us to believe further that it's an issue with that particular cooler Atleast and hopefully they get that fixed soon!
