I live near by..great place to go for a hike, ride a bike, go fishing/swimming in the lake at the beach and bringing your furry companions out to stretch their legs out. Good for kayaking too...there's a few ropes swings on one of the lakes too

Good place to walk or ride your bike. The paths are mostly flat and level. I like to take the dogs for walks here you can go for a couple miles without worrying about cars. There is a beach area with picnic tables but I haven't been while it's open but looks like it would be nice to spend the day on a weekend...

Very nice state park and well maintained. Many picnic sites are spaced far enough apart for privacy. Park doesn't open until Memorial Day but you can walk through use the tables, but no...
