The name is fitting and so true it is frosty being in the avenues and a wonderland. This place is awesome. It gets bigger, better and brighter every year. This has become my Mom and I go to for holiday lights. We usually do a u-turn a couple times because one pass isn’t enough. It was so good this year we clapped and said bravo. Especially this year with no temple square lights. First discovered it from a article in a local review guide. With how many lights and ornaments they have I wonder if they decorate for other holidays too.
The person who does this should win a community award for excellence or community service bringing holiday joy and cheer to everyone. Read moreAs someone who lives on this street, I absolutely hate this guy. The decorations are tacky and ugly and absolutely crowd his yard like a hoarders nest. And unlike the tourists, we locals actually have to look at them day after day, year after year. Plus, making his house into a tourist attraction made our street into a circus. We can never get home without wading through a crowd, and we have people pulling into our driveway to turn around all night long, making our dog bark and waking us up. The owner is so kind and as of 2022, has been doing this for the past 28 years. And hes been adding 4-5 new ones each year!
He's out and about most nights, so you'll probably meet him. He has candy canes out for the kids, a drop box for letters to Santa!
