The park is probably better for the really young kids as the play area is small. The play area is also uncovered leaving the equipment at the mercy of the sun. The water fountain provides water that I have drank from and lived, but I didn't do so willingly and would rather buy water if time and health allows. The soccer field is the main attraction and provides a fairly large area (half mile lap) for groups to play/train. The total size including the hard trail is just over a mile and change.
The reason for three stars is due to the creepers that hang out there at what feels like all times. These older and younger gentlemen park eerily close considering the lot is open and have followed me onto the trail only to ask me how often I train etc (probing question). Read moreThe park is a nice quiet park, I love the trails, good distance for walking, jogging, or biking. The picnic & playground is nice but small, it can get overcrowded easy and there was lots of red ants. A lot of the exercise equipment are broken or not working properly, they need to be updated. I do enjoy a lot of the trails is sad because it feels its been neglected some but with the right upkeep it has the potential for being a great park.
