These guys deserve so much more attention then they get! The spices are FRESH and delicious. Everyone I serve food to that I use their spices on is amazed and asks what I did...I keep telling them that all I did was use fresh spices from these guys and everyone is shocked at how good the food tastes! Not to mention the fact that they have so many spices available! The Fajita seasoning is so useful, you can put it on anything, but their other custom spice blends ROCK too! Try the Zef's Steak Seasoning - it is named after the original owner of the company who passed away last year and left it to his daughter and son-in-law and they have done a phenomenal job with keeping it going. The best part is just going in and sitting down with them and brainstorming ideas of what you want to do and them creating a custom blend just for you! Every custom blend is impeccable. I can't recommend them enough! It's a little inconvenient to go to them rather than just grab it off the shelf at HEB or Walmart, but it's much cheaper and you get such better quality that it is worth it.
