If I could give it a zero I would, I had or "have", I should say, a contract with this people for Dec 3rd 2016, so I thought!!!!! I have never been treated as little or next to nothing, as this people made me feel today,. A week ago I went to get pricing info and kinda did a walk through with Miss Gabby, and was told that only 3 Saturday's were left, Dec 3rd bieng one of them, so we selected Dec. 3rd, and signed the contract. To make a long story short, Toyota called them after me and wanted the same day we had, Dec 3rd. The week after that Miss Gabby and I had been playing phone tag, When Miss Gabby and I finally spoke on Wednesday, I let her know that "yaramin" had left me a weird message, that did not make sense, talking about Dec 10th, like if I was talking to them for the first time. Miss Gabby assured me everything was fine and did tell me that Toyota was interested on the same day we had, but not to worry because we had gone there before them and that we already had the contract, and that with them its "always" first come first serve, I was doing my payment over the phone, but I just had an uneasy filling. So today I called Gabby and told her that I would just go there in person to make my payment. When I got there, Miss Gabby was joking with us about Yaramin, still wanting Toyota to get the date, because" it's more $$$ for them, and Gabby reminded her the date was already under contract,.and Gabby said that Yaramin said that we better have all the down payment then, already being very condescending towards us. Miss Gabby said "no they can do the $500 by weekly" and that Yaramin had said "fine", but all the while when we were in the office doing the payment, Gabby was texting with Yaramin, then after the payment was done, this very rude lady interrupts us and asked me if I spoke Spanish, then she said that her daughter "Yaramin" had just gotten of the phone with her, and that she was sorry but that "Toyota" has been hiring them for Dec 3rd for the past 4 years. And so that day was taken already, and it is always reserved for them,!!!!! I told this lady we had a contract for that day already and if they have it reserve for Toyota every year like she says, how come the future calendars for 2017 and 2018 that the have up on the wall in the office do not have that day reserved for them, not even Dec 3rd 2016 was reserved for them, and she flat out blamed it on Gabby and said that Gabby should have known and belittled her employee in front of us and said, that they were going to have a talk with her about it, I told this lady that Miss Gabby had no fault in this. Bottom line, my daughters sweet 16 was not going to amount to the amount of money Toyota is paying for their event, so no matter what I tried telling this lady, she did not care and just kept saying sorry the date is for Toyota . This people literally forced the down payment back to us and did not give a rats ass how she was treating us, all she saw was $$$$$$ coming from Toyota... "KARMA" is all I have to say. What starts of bad, ends up bad. Hopefully TOYOTA does get that day and they don't end up with nothing for that day, since they went to such an extreme to make us...

Where do I begin! I had my wedding here just last month and I still truly am so grateful! It truly was a blessing and I am absolutely so grateful that my husband and J had our wedding through emporium! First, not only did they help relieve the pain of having to find vendors when they provided SO MANY big vendors that left me feeling less stressed! Shout out to all the vendors who he’ll my day possible 🙏🏽 I felt I also truly was our right hand man throughout the whole preparation and night, but truly he became like family to me and my family and it would not have been amazing without his support & efforts! I can truly sand our reception was a magical night to remember from the food, drinks, DECOR, and extras like the Photo Booth and Mr. & Mrs. Sign! Even our guest send they had the best time and that they truly were so impressed by everything! Y’all truly made my 5 year old inner child’s wedding dream come true! So grateful and...

Gorgeous place. I worked an event here and was disappointed for my clients. The servers aren't great. But more importantly, the actual event coordinator was missing through the night. I actually had to step in and save the night with coordinating everything and getting the Quince presentation started. She showed up later and was a nice person, but I have no idea where she was. Also the clients couldn't hire their own photobooth. They had in house at high price. Location is in the ghetto, but it's beautiful inside. Decorations and setup are a5 star. Restrooms 5 star. Price is ridiculous though. Parking is plenty. Sapd was security with 2 officers. Dance floor is big. 25 tables is what i counted in round shape plus square long tables for the court.
