really strange But truereally strange But true
Excellent safe place to stay while visiting so many great attractions in the area which are close but not too close, San Antonio is a huge very busy place and we chose this place for its size of only 5 spots, price, a locked gate day and night that only registered guests have a key for and just around the corner is the start of the awesome biking/hiking River Walk Trail system that brings you to each and every mission, last one being the Alamo. That’s the safety that we really appreciated knowing we can go off in the day or night for the attractions and know that no one was just going to drive through our unattended campground also the owners live right on the property and take excellent care of it. Only reason for missing one star is the lack of WiFi also there was some street racing that goes all over San Antonio at night that you can hear even though this campground is not located right next to roads like others. We enjoyed our stay, would return and as other reviews state, the owners are super friendly and accommodating. Full hookups, 30/50 amp service, good water and pressure, 80 antenna channels, many in HD

Gabby and Clemente are amazing hosts. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. They even came out to help us park and delivered our welcome packet directly to our parked location. The park itself may be small, but it is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities including electricity, water, and sewer hookup. The locked gate provided an added sense of security and peace of mind throughout our entire stay. Plus, their location only 15 minutes away from the famous Alamo and Riverwalk areas made it the perfect home base for our adventures. We had such a fantastic time that we're already planning our next visit. Thank you, Gabby and Clemente, for your wonderful hospitality!

Great hosts. Gave us specific information based on what we wanted to do. Sites were clean and had full hookups. Small campground only five sites. Basically an area on someone’s property. The hosts house is nearby. Site 5 has the most privacy. The hosts obviously care about you and their campground.

If it was possible to give 10 stars I would. This is not your typical RV park. It’s a great little campground and Gabby and Clemente are fabulous hosts. We had reservations for 4 days but we had a brake issue and couldn’t make it to our reserved spot and wound up stranded in their parking lot for a month. Gabby and Clemente did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. They hooked us up with the perfect mechanic. They know the areas well and gave us plenty of options of things to do and places to go.

The location is easily accessible off 410. The Espada Mission is walking distance and 15 minutes to downtown San Antonio. You may hear a little road noise, but it never bothered us. If you want a quaint rv location, this...
