I parked here as it is the beginning of the mission trailhead. It was tucked away and I felt safer leaving my vehicle here unattended while I cycled. The paths are gorgeous. Well groomed. Well managed & smooth. It offers lovely views. It connects to the missions and it also is the river walk. There are plenty of little parks along the way where you can find water fountains and washrooms, picnic tables and garbages. Thereβs even bike rental spots at each area (though not this one). Β Β Β Read moreHad an amazing time here today with an amazing guy. Never been here before other than the small part of it over by military dr. It was an amazing walk with lots of trails. The heat wasn't so bad here either actually. The breeze was nice and the parts that had shade was nice too. I'm not a bug person and I didn't encounter any creepy bugs surprisingly. The benches were nice and clean no bird droppings. And then there was this place that I called the Alamo but I guess it was San Juan or something like that. None the less I had an amazing time. It's a good place to go on a date with and it's absolutely free. Plus there was nobody around ..at all...so you can only imagine what kind of fun 2 lovers had alone in the woods on a park...
