This is a great park with a moderate walk.its steep but you almost don't feel it because the trails are gentle enough. You will keep walking and then realize that you have a great view and it wasn't so hard to get there. You can also follow to the other side, less shaded but with an even better vista. The whole thing can be done in 30 minutes on a good pace but you can also take it easy and enjoy the view. It's good for dogs, too, as long as you can control your dear canine and be considerate of other people. Parking is on the street right in front, uphill but nothing crazy. There's...

Such a great place to bring your pupper and achieve a solid hike distance with elevation gain. The trail is full of diverse plant and tree life with the beautiful smells of fall all around. Very friendly to dogs with a bag station and garbage cans at each trailhead. Unfortunately, there were no water fountains that I could find. A great park with two loop trails which can be combined to form a larger hiking loop. There are multiple lookout viewpoints from the trail and a few small bridge crossings. The trail climbs up the hillside or canyon to the top and follows the rim of the hill before descending again. Overall a great trail that is about 1.5 miles in length for the larger...

Very friendly to dogs with a bag station and garbage cans at each trailhead. Unfortunately, there were no water fountains that I could find. The connection to Eaton park is really convenient but the road crossing is a bit dangerous.
