Pico Park — Attraction in San Clemente

The smallest park but turned out to be a hidden treasure!! Everything is closed with Covid and I had two clients needing to meet at a half way point. I wanted a small parking so that we would not have a garden time finding each other. The ocean is across the street. Don't get me wrong, the park is beautiful! What I don't like is whenever I take my son (he loves it!) There's always some homeless people hanging around. They go in and out of the bathroom and get high. I've seen it multiple times and it's really upsetting because I don't feel at ease when I go anymore so I take my son somewhere else.
