I do not recomend this park at all. First, at the shelter, there were so many ants. SO MANY. I have never seen so many ants in my life. They were always getting in people's shoes, and two hours after I left, I was still swatting ants off my shoes. Next, the bathrooms were dirty and had no soap, and it said that they used recycled water on premisis and to not drink it, and like 20 feet away there was a water fountain. And my cousin reserved the place for a couple hours, with signs saying so, and the city did not tell the cleanup crew to not come, so we had to wait for them to clean up.

While this park seems mostly intended for nearby residents it is open for the public to use. People on the trail seem friendly so far and a good area to walk your dog. Plenty of stopping points to either take a break, pick up or throw away dog baggies as well as places to admire the view.
Handicap - there are a few access points for the handicapped but do note not the entire trail is handicap friendly. However there is a small loop that is just perfect for that.
