Nice hike for the family (3yr+), fairly easy and quick out and back hike. From the trail head to the trail is a steep decline but then it's fine. Good coverage from the trees and nice blooms along the way.

Great place to go hiking. Safe. High traffic. Cool, many trees surround. During the fall or winter months there is a small creek. Nice place to have a picnic. Or have family pictures. Can bike around. Be aware of poison oak. They are everywhere. You can park nearby. And then go for a hike. ...

Beautiful trail. The streets are nearby so you’ll hear traffic noise. Flat for the most part. Street parking is available depending on the trailhead you choose. I recommend this trail to locals. For visitors, San Diego has better...
