Panda Express — Restaurant in San Diego

This is the second time my order has been messed up. All I wanted was extra chow mein, and somehow they still got it wrong. The whole experience is awkward and uncomfortable, especially when I have to confront someone over an issue as simple as extra chow mein in front of everyone in line. I was double-charged for my order, and the employees looked completely lost. They couldn't even string together a complete sentence, so I just ended up leaving.

The food looked like it was sitting for awhile and before I could ask for new order the employee was moving so fast he wasn't listening. My food got passed around by three different employees before letting me go. The food was literally slapped together.

Keep the money. Pick Up Stix was better. Anyone that gives this place 5 stars has...

I go to this location once a week for take out. When they first opened great service ,good portions took care of you ! Now!!!! You! walk in they greet you, but they tell you be right with you and do to go orders and then line gets longer !!! And there's are 2 people doing them. What I don't understand is why can't 1 employee to do to-go orders and another do counter service!! Portions are getting smaller!! My wife orders a bowl and I always get a plate. Rude and racist! I was literally in line waiting and WATCHED the lady serve these Hispanic girls the biggest generous portions of walnut shrimp and even asked if they wanted to sample the refreshers, that’s what I was going to get so I was like yes, maybe I’ll get the generous portion too, yea right as a matter a fact she took some shrimp off my plate because she said I was only allowed 7. I was appalled, I work in the square so I come often but never again after being treated so poorly. I reached out to panda customer service and they did absolutely nothing.
