I genuinely wanted to give this place 4 stars or more. The staff is friendly, and they have a great selection. But I recently noticed something that really needs to be addressed. After reviewing my debit card statements, I realized that at least five times (I only have 5 receipts) , a $4 cash back was added to my purchases without my knowledge or approval, on top of the $3.75 transaction fee. To be clear, I have no issue paying a $3.75 fee when I knowingly authorize it — that's totally reasonable. But what’s not okay is adding $4 cash back to the transaction without asking, then handing it to me with a line like, “And four dollars back to you.” I originally assumed it was a partial refund of the fee, but it turns out it was extra money added to my bill — with the clear expectation that I’d tip it back. If I want to tip, I should be given the option to do so during the transaction, just like at other businesses. Adding unauthorized cash back and pressuring customers this way is misleading and needs to be addressed. I’m sharing this in the hope that management takes it seriously and improves the transparency at checkout. I like the place — I just want to see...
Read moreI have been a loyal customer since your Serrento valley location opened.
I usually purchase product in bulk ($200-400 per visit) so I don't have to visit too frequently. And I usually go through them over 2months window.
Today I found a vape that doesn't work -- which u can see the oil is full and fully charged however doesn't function.
I brought it in store while making another +$200 purchase, unfortunately, the store told me they won't do anything about it because "we don't make the product"--Wow, but you took my money for this product right?
The girl at the store told me to contact the brand (Cookies) and said for sure they ll send u a new one. I question how any company can send product cross states, but she was certain.
Guess what, the brand doesn't even have a customer service option on their site.
So you might want to test products right there cuz they won't take responsibility for products they...
Read moreBE CAREFUL THEY DON’T HONOR THEIR PRICES ONLINE! I went in today after seeing a deal online. When I went in the prices were different so I asked why. The manager Paula came out to explain the the picture is wrong on the website and that’s actually for a different product. She would not honor the price online and said that that strain and picture are wrong. Well then why is it on your website like that. I had pictures and their website up and she still kept saying that the picture is incorrect. Companies are supposed to honor their marketing on their websites. It’s not my fault (even though they made me feel like it was) that their marketing team is too lazy to get the correct pictures on their website! I am extremely upset at the manger and the companies inability to honor...
