Today-Nov21st Tuesday at 11AM. Two of us ordered the Open Face turkey sandwich. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. DRY 4 lives of turkey on burnt bread slice that was “toasted” only on one side- the faintest amount of cranberry spread on the burnt bread, few chunks of “dressing”. HORRIBLE. The gravy requested on the side, came in a side metal cup that was filled half way. Partner requested another gravy & met with heavy breathing sigh of annoyance. The waitress acted “annoyed” and “huffy-puffy” when the 2 dressings I asked for on the side - both champagne mustard & vinegrette were SO SOUR I could not use them and requested ranch. The ranch came in a small metal side that wasn’t half full. The Blue Lady ice tea is pee yellow in color and watered down & tasteless. WE REGRET COMING HERE TODAY & WILL NOT RETURN. THE 3 PASTRIES TAKEN TO GO ARE OLD & DRIED OUT, ALSO!! For a $30-$50 TOTAL I REGRET GIVING A HIGH TIP - HORRIBLE FOOD & CRANKY ANNOYED WAITRESS WHO WASNT KIND, WASNT SMILING, WASNT HELPFUL. WE WILL NOT RETURN & WORD OF MOUTH ADVERTISING WILL BE ZILCH. VERY UNFORTUNATE LUNCH OUT DATE TODAY. NOTE- THE VENUE IS NOT HANDICAPPED OR WALKER FRIENDLY. THE ROCKS AND STONES FOR FLOOR COVERING ARE HARD TO NAVIGATE. SINAGE IS POOR TO LOCATE PLACE AND IT IS A LONG LONG TREK...

I went for a company Christmas party but had to leave early so I didn't partake in the full experience. What I WILL say is that I love any farm-to-table restaurant. When you walk in, there's like this large post, and on it is a list of herbs and their healing properties (oregano for acne? Who knew?). The bar is nestled in the back - I'm a whiskey girl and they had a decent selection. The seating is a mix of open tables and booths, which are off to the side. I love the lighting - not too bright, not too dark. I heard the churro and chocolate mousse desserts are pretty good, as are their tacos. If it weren't for the signs I wouldn't have found this place, so a more visible sign on the door/window would be nice. I'd like to go back on my own, when I'm not pressed for time, sit by the fireplace (oh yeah there's a fireplace), sip on Macallan 12, have some food (and dessert), and post a better, more...

Yay, I am finally here trying out Green Acre! Rustic aesthetics very appealing and beautiful view of the canyons on this foggy morning.

I've been hungry since last night so I am down for some country breakfast. I ordered a 2 egg scramble, bacon, toast, with potatoes. I liked everything, but the cold, wet, and soggy potatoes! Omg how can you messed up on potatoes?!!!! It should be crispy and crunchy. I ain't got none of that. I took a forkful of potatoes and it was disgusting. How did it get so cold so fast I just picked it up from the counter!?!!! At least the three pieces of bacon and toast filled me up. The scramble was basic not special. I really wanted to enjoy the whole breakfast, but sadly I did not. So, be sure to tell them to cook the taters! If you order it.

I will give happy hour a go on...

Was here for a professional function. Located inside a business building. Just like the other location on John's Hopkins, this one is also beautifully decorated, has a cozy feeling but modernized. We were seated outside, there is a garden and nicely crafted paveway. The patio also overlooks the 5 freeway canyon, nice enough to see into the inland. Great place. I had the tomato sandwich, very fresh and tasty.

I like grabbing my lunch from Green Acre: it’s close to my workplace and the food is made from locally grown produce- I love their garden too. My favorite dishes here are Cobb salad or Kale Caesar with Salmon. The stuff is very friendly and the atmosphere is nice. They are closed after 2pm on weekdays.
