I visited today and hiked the area. The trail is about 2/3 of a mile long. I think it must have been a river bed because there were long segments of the trail that are covered by large smooth stones. That made it a bit difficult to walk and because I had to watch where I was stepping, I didn't get to look around as much as I would have liked as it's a pretty area.
