Luz's Beauty Salon — Attraction in San Diego

Terrible customer service! My hair was puffy and I mentioned how I was not satisfied with the result and the person said she can flat iron it for $20 more and later said she did not have time to make my hair look right and how I was late when I came 5 mins, I was late because there’s no parking in the area! after she told me to come. I came in and she made me wait because she was with another customer. It was a waste of a $45 they don’t go the extra mile for the customer and do not care if you’re unhappy with the final result. I said I’ll have to go somewhere else and they said “ok go ahead go somewhere else” this is probably the worst hair salon experience I ever had. The whole time she was doing my hair she was distracted speaking to another customer.
