Our wedding was everything we had imagined and more because of The Thursday Club! When we started to plan our wedding, I stumbled upon their website and just fell in love with the venue. It’s the secret garden meets the ocean. Every inch of the property is beautifully landscaped and maintained. It’s a bride and photographer’s dream come true. This venue also has such a lovely history and charm to it.
Chris, the property manager, goes above and beyond to make you feel like your wedding is the only wedding being planned. He is so kind, helpful, patient, and accommodating. He also responds quickly when you realize you have one more question!
It happened to rain on our wedding day and Chris knew how much it meant to me to keep the ceremony outside. On the balcony, he had a tent and chairs ready to go for our videographer, DJ, and any guests who wanted to be covered. (Thankfully it barely sprinkled during our actual ceremony)
We booked The Thursday Club through The Abbey and together they made our happily ever after absolutely perfect. They have created a system that looks effortless. The Thursday Club works with vendors they trust and with vendors who will exceed your expectations!

We were just married at the Thursday Club this weekend and we couldn't be happier with how everything went! First, the manager (Chris Erickson) was the best to work with - he was easygoing and professional from the start, and made us and our whole crew feel very welcome. You couldn't ask for a nicer guy to work with and anyone who has planned a wedding knows you have a LOT of contact with your venue prior to the event. All our expectations were met and then some.
The venue itself is gorgeous - beautiful ocean views and historical charm to the building that is beyond compare. My family has had several weddings in the last few years and I received many compliments that this venue was by far the best. And, considering all we received, the Thursday Club was a bargain compared to other venues we researched.

My husband threw a 50th birthday party for me! What a tremendous location for our 100 + guests. We danced, fun DJ, dance floor was perfect size, great outdoor patios for an extra bar, and he put an incredible cream bar station out on the large patio. Under the stars, the weather was perfect, views that extend forever. The manager was a tremendous asset, easy to work with, and the caterer enjoyed his professionalism. The separate dining room area made the buffet perfect for our guests to get their favorites. The extra living room allowed small, quiet, side conversation space for family to be closer.
