We hired The Wild Thyme Company to cater our wedding in August 2025 and were incredibly impressed by their service and food quality. The day-of execution was flawless — the food was elegantly presented and, more importantly, delicious! Seriously, it was just as good as the tasting, if not better. The raw bar during cocktail hour was a huge hit with our guests, too. We still have guests complimenting us on the food weeks later.

Their serving staff was professional, kind, and attentive. We did a "flip" so that we could have both our ceremony and reception outdoors at our venue, and they killed it! The tables looked perfect. Another detail we really appreciated: while we were off taking photos during cocktail hour, our event coordinator, Savannah, personally brought us a plate of appetizers so we didn’t miss out. So sweet - thank you, Savannah!

Of all our wedding expenses, this was the largest — and we have no regrets. The food and service fully lived up to the price.

The only challenge we faced was that there were periods where email responses took longer than expected, which was a bit stressful at times. In hindsight, it seems they dedicate the most attention to weddings that are 2–3 weeks out — which totally makes sense and paid off in the end. But if you're not working with a planner (we weren’t), just be aware that you might need to be a little patient in the earlier phases of planning.

We were between multiple caterers for our wedding, but Wild Thyme was leagues ahead of anyone else. From the food tasting experience alone, we could see right away how much they cared about us. Our food tasting experience was catered directly to us and so much more personable than any other vendor we met with. We got to meet the chef at the tasting, who asked us for feedback on the food. She took notes on the modifications we wanted to make to particular items on the menu. No other caterer did this at a tasting. They were so personable and thoughtful! Not only that, the food was so unique! It was not your ordinary boring wedding food - they DELIVERED. We knew right away with Wild Thyme.

Even leading up to wedding day, Wild Thyme communicated with us to follow-up on several small details to make sure they got everything right! For example, they offered modifications to ensure all guests - regardless of their dietary restrictions - were able to eat most of the food at our wedding.

The Wild Thyme Company was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding catering. From our first interaction, their communication was clear, helpful and attentive - answering all of our questions thoroughly and putting us at ease throughout the planning process. They also pitched in ideas for additional rentals and reviewed our final rentals list to make sure we were covered. On the day of our wedding, their staff was friendly and professional, ensuring the food service went off without a hitch. The quality of their work was truly outstanding - the presentation of the dishes was beautiful, and our guests raved about how delicious and filling the meal was, from the passed hors d'oeuvres to the entrees.
