INCORRECT ORDER AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed a large order that included a few vegetarian-described tortas and they came with two different types of meat. The vegetarians were devastated to not be able to have a meal while everyone else could. I know mistakes happen, so I called the restaurant to report the incorrect food and ask for a refund, and they started a back and forth war about how it’s “always” been a meat torta. No apology, no accountability. Evidently, I was annoying them and wrong for ordering a meal that says it contains no meat but I should know it’s always come with meat? Zero logic. The falsely advertised food was ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE, on the menu. Clear as day “A.M. Torta: Eggs, tater tots, cheese, spinach, avocado and sour cream.” See for yourself. The manager/lead kept claiming that the tortas I ordered had “always” been meat tortas. My response: then update your website. It was the most pointless back and forth that made me feel brain dead by the end if it. It is a restaurants responsibility to have accurate information on their own website, as well as partner catering sites. This restaurant is in VIOLATION OF CA LAW- HEALTH AND SAFTEY CODE 11408. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. BAD sanitary issues and horrible customer service. I had ordered a burrito and horchata from them yesterday. The straw ended up breaking so I opened the cup. As soon as I opened the cup I saw BLACK MILDEW. I threw away the drink hoping and praying I dont get sick. Tjat night I got really sick. This morning I called and spoke with George the manager and he told me they diddnt have horchata as of yesterday!!!!???? I asked him how I even received it and he said they were out and proceeded to tell me that they dont make it. I told him regardless, there was mildew ALL along the bottom of the cup and on the side lining of the drink. The horchata also had white specks in it. I had an extremely situation from 8:57 to 10:22 I was Postmates and I was supposed to be delivering a customer a burrito and I literally was waiting between that time and the customer never replied or responded after they indicated they were in the shower one time and they never answered and gave the address in the app didn't work so the food that was supposed to be delivered from this restaurant never got to the customer in the fall is because of Postmates app and the customer would not provide the direct information or come out at all so my experience with this whole deal with this restaurant didn't work out plus their gas prices at their gas station aren't the exact price at $3.39 it's $3.69 you actually have to get a car wash in and pay more money so I only put $7 which gave me a quarter tank of gas either way I fill it up down in the South Bay where the gas...
