El Monte Mall — Attraction in San Juan

This is the "mall" you hope you never have to go to...EVER. Shopping for LOCALS is "adequate, convenient and necessary"...emphasis on necessary! This entire mall exists for "convenience" and is open to the public. Lack of security at any and all points of entry (stairs, elevator and parking) adds to all the added danger of going there for ANY reason. No security cameras easily visible (or concealed) and no visible security of any kind at 1PM...imagine late at night!?! Lots of construction, even on the parking floors...lots of people coming and going with NO SECURITY. If you go there by yourself for any reason make sure to be on alert; better to go with someone else and you watch each other's back. This review is not a joke...would give negative stars if I could. Oh wait...forgot to mention that parking is another star that I subtracted; lousy parking objectively. Many lawsuits are in the making at this "mall". Saw many four and five star reviews from young, cocky people who find this place convenient but that don't view "security" the way it should be...

Si le pudiera dar negativo 0 se lo daria pero no me deja 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 como es posible que ordeno con tiempo hacer un bizcocho para el cumpleaños de mi bebe de 1 año, carajo estoy desempleada hago mi mayor esfuerzo para hacer algo bonito dentro de mis circumstancias ordeno un bizcocho, me preguntan si va a llevar decoracion le digo que si que el cumple es de abejita que si hay algo para ponerle me dice la muchacha gordita de reposteria que iban a verificar JAMAS me llaman para decirme que no hay nada de ese tipo de decoracion, llego a buscarlo y lo que me entregan es un bizcocho plain sin nada de decoracion. Pero en que cabeza cabe que me voy a llevar algo asi para celebrar el primer cumpleaños de mi Bebe. Si resolvieron con unos colores y una disculpa. Hello una disculpa jamas hara que me sienta mejor y que llegue temprano a la fiesta de mi hija. Sabes algo cuando llegue con el bizcocho a su fiesta en el cuido ya le habian cantado cumple sin bizcocho ni globos. Gracias pueblo por hacer de este dia especial uno realmente terrible.
