Not a Hotel, But a Hospital Room Let me start by saying this is NOT a hotel room. It’s a hospital room with a bed - there is zero hotel service or amenities. To even access the so-called “hotel,” you have to go to the back of the hospital, enter through the emergency drop-off area, and navigate through the emergency floor. It feels more like you’re walking into a hospital ward, not a place you’d want to stay at.

Terrible Parking Situation The surrounding area is filled with roadblocks and barricades, and the entire zone feels unsafe. You’ll spend ages just circling the block trying to find the parking. It’s paid parking by the hour and feels very unsafe.

Freezing Cold Room With No Control The air conditioning is set to blast at full force, and it’s impossible to adjust. There’s no remote, no controls on the unit itself—just a freezing room with a vent blasting cold air.

No Amenities, No Comfort The only vending machines are two dusty ones that only take exact change (singles, to be specific). Dollar bills only and very lonely machines.

False Advertising This is nothing more than a scam disguised as a hotel. The website makes it sound like a regular hotel stay, but in reality, it's just a cold, uncomfortable hospital room with none of the services you’d expect from any decent hotel. I feel completely ripped off.

Request for a Refund I am extremely disappointed with this entire experience, and I’m demanding my money back. This is not a hotel, it's a hospital room marketed under false pretenses. I would never recommend anyone book here unless you want to feel misled, uncomfortable, and frustrated.

If you’re looking for a place to stay, do yourself a favor and avoid this “hotel” at all costs. It’s a scam, and I’ll be sharing this review everywhere I can to warn others.

The hotel is located in a hospital which is super hard to find, there in fact is parking you just have to pay HOURLY on top of the hotel cost, the rooms are decent but the bathroom is super small and the toilets are extremely hard to flush. There's breakfast in the cafeteria upstairs but you have to pay for it and the view isn't great, other than that if you dont mind it it's okay the a/c was very good, the staff was pretty cool and very helpful the cleaning guys awsome front desk guys really nice! They do have a 24 hr spot right down the block close to the gas station where you park and coffee and bread with butter 🧈 were amazing! It's just the parking is a bit confusing but if your willing to walk just a little bit everything is close by and also the food was very healthy because it serves for ppl who have heart ❤️ problems and I believe the funds hopefully go to the hospital 🏥 so your actually doing a good for the hospital. Just carefull on going with Google map it finds the hospital but the hotel is inside the hospital guys! DONT GO INSIDE HOSPITAL DOORS KEEP WALKING YOULL SEE SOME STEPS ,GO DOWN MAKE A RIGHT AND YOULL GO THRU THE EMERGENCY PART ,ELEVATORS ARE UP FRONT WHEN YOU PASS THRU DOORS, DONT GO IN THE HOSPITAL EMERGENCY PART. My travel partner and I stayed at the hotel due to a flight delay and Black Out on the island. At first we were skeptical, because of it being located in a hospital, but after arriving and seeing security and the room, I was pleased. The lobby and rooms are larger, cleaner, and more comfortable than the Verdanza and most branded hotels on the island. ||Room: It is large, cool, well lite, includes a desk/flat screen tv/living room area.|Bathroom: Clean, large shower and bathroom, and all essential toiletries.|Closet-Is large with a dresser and boudoir.|Safety- Guard at front desk and check in downstairs and at gate,||Overall, despite the area and being located in a hospital that is being renovated, I left safe and it is nice. I would return there, and stay again. It is going to be a beautiful hotel once all floors are completed if the owners decide to transform...
