Reparto Metropolitano Shopping Center — Local services in San Juan

This is the supermarket in my neighborhood. Service at Plaza Loíza is usually very good but there have been moments when the customers have complained about the shortage of merchandise packaged for the use of the seniors who make up the majority of the shoppers who live in these neighborhoods. That issue was addressed by the local Consumer Affairs Department and one serving cans of fruits and vegetables reappeared and are available for us. Some of these senior citizens live alone or take care of their spouse or grandchildren. The store has fresh and frozen vegetables as well as fresh and frozen meats as well as Fri,em goods that just have to be heated up like lasagna, pasta dishes and pi,was as well as others. Household goods like laundry supplies, soap, fabric softener and other cleaning supplies like sponges, dish cloths, mops, mop sticks, brooms and broomsticks and buckets are also on sale. The selection of seafood is usually great and some owners of places that prepare food to sell at their small businesses buy large quantities of seafood and chicken, pork and beef. Plaza Loiza is known for its selection of of available seafood. Unless the heat wave has affected the rate at which food cans rust there may be a shortage of food on the island soon. I know the store in Reparto has generators that they used after María but the recent heat wave and recent blackouts and brownouts may have affected the shelf life of some of the products sold. I'm very thankful that they have had a good supply of ice to resell during the last month. The store was able to replace the old refrigerated display cases and frozen foods display cases with new ones over the last couple of years. The Reparto Plaza Loíza is one if the stores that had added a small area where cooked food can be purchased during the advertised hours. At the moment, this service might not be available due to the brownouts and blackouts For pictures of what is available in the store this week's shopper should be available on their website since they also offer to deliver what one chooses...

I belong to a Crochet Club here in the states. Found out they have been using or should say stealing someone's work and claiming it their own. If they want to borrow someone's picture....give them where the credit is due... Guess I'm going to have to put my name on my finished projects or not share my work with real hard working people. Muy comodo y todo, pero los del estacionamiento son unos malos arrogantes. Cuando vas en lugar de buenos días, a donde vas. Y las veces que voy digo que voy a Walgrenss o al Super etc. Hoy fui dije que iba a lo mismo eran las 8 am y salí a las 9:45 am insistiendo que si iba a o no a una de la clínica que esta en él ahí. Le digo que no, no voy a la clínica, no me cree y no me da el ticket y apunta mi matricula. Cuando voy a salir me hace un interrogatorio como un policia de que si estaba o no en las clínicas le enseño el recibo de la compra. Pero me dice "Aunque consumas y vas a la clínica tienes que ir al otro estacionamiento" le vuelvo a decir NO estaba en la clínica....

La verdad es una mala experiencia cada vez que voy a ese Mall y tengo que pelear con el estacionamiento. Si ponen una clínica pues cobren el tiempo de estacionamiento mas o quiten las horas de cortesía. Pero atacar o acosar así a los clientes no me parece una buena idea. Me altero esa situación, por que si soy una cliente, y estoy pagando por una servicio no me están haciendo un favor. Deben mejorar esa situación con el estacionamiento por que van a perder...
