Replying to @lifewithbre18 our toddlers had so much fun here!🌴🌳🛝💦 If you end up going here please note that we paid $7 per vehicle, kids have to wear full clothing in the splash area including shirts (rules enforced by staff), and use Google maps to get to the right spot (not Apple Maps) #kidfriendly #puertorico #toddlerfriendly #thingstodoinpuertorico #withkids #sanjuanpuertorico #kidfriendlypuertorico

Luis Muñoz Rivera Park is a peaceful escape nestled in the heart of San Juan, Puerto Rico. This park is the perfect spot for a tranquil stroll, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The lush greenery, towering trees, and vibrant flowers create a serene atmosphere that feels like a breath of fresh air. The fountains and open spaces add to its charm, and the park has a wonderful balance of natural beauty and thoughtful design.. I appreciate the calm environment, and its proximity to historical landmarks making it a convenient stop to explore the area. Luis Muñoz Rivera Park is a gem in San Juan—perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with nature. I would be careful at night wondering through the park alone. Always be cautious at night alone.

"Noria" was a "People Usher" at the Dog Park. She was rude. We wanted our toddler to be able to watch the dogs from the vestibule area, and she would not let us. Even though we don't have a dog, there have been plenty of times where we went into the dog area... to watch them play. Prior Ushers did not mind. After all, how is the safety factor changed whether we have a dog or not? It's illogical. But in this case, we simply wanted to stand in the vestibule, holding our toddler, and watch the dogs over the fence. Nope... Noria would not let us, and was quite rude in letting us know that. When I explained to her that we had in fact been in many times, she has no answer. She simply cited "the rules." When I asked to see these rules, she said "They aren't written down." I then asked for her name, and she was defiant and defensive, then she finally gave it to me, rudely, and said "My boss is right behind you." An older male and female were there in a golf cart, and the female there politely explained a recent change to the rules to my wife. This was better, professional at least. Meanwhile snowflake Noria was so "shaken" that she needed a hug from the male supervisor. Generation Z... rude, unprofessional, and sensitive. Was a negative experience for us and for our toddler, thanks to Noria.

No...

We visited today (Sunday) specifically for the Dog Park. Proof of vaccine is required for entry and we paid $2/person + $3/car for entry. Seems like double dipping but we weren't surprised. The grounds were very well maintained, grass was green, no trash etc. The dog park was busy with both people and dogs (around 4-5pm). There are built in benches, running water for dogs to drink, plenty of shade and an attendant. There were also smaller fenced sections available for use. We will definitely return for the dog park and to explore the grounds. Although I think the price is steep, I appreciate a well maintained park and it's clear that the admission fees are being used wisely so I won't mind paying. It closes strictly at 5pm so along with fees should be considered when deciding time of arrival. I am happy to find a few dog parks...

Me and my kids loved the park. We did not go to all the attractions. The water themed park was open and really nice and fun! It is not abandoned. The green areas are maintained, at least today May 28, 2023, it was. The walking/ biking/running paths were perfect. The dog area looked really nice. There’s also the bike rentals wish I did not go but plan to do next time around. It’s missing a place to eat although I heard the bike rental has something of food or snacks. Will come back again. Recommendation: Bring snacks, water, no refrigerator are allowed, sunblock if it’s a sunny day, picnic blanket (don’t know if it’s allowed), your dog if you have, your kids. If going the water park, bring water shoes, and , it’s required to have shirt and pants on while using...
