Pizza Hut — Attraction in San Juan

I Ordered a family pasta for pickup. Due to prior bad experiences I specified "just like it appears in the commercials, with plenty of sauce, sausage and cheese" (the last ones were always dry and bare). Got there to pick it up and they wanted to charge me extra ingredients which Idid not order. I Spoke with the manager and she preferred to THROW OUT the pasta they haf prepered rather than sell it at the original price, eventhough the employee who took my order confirmed I only said "just like in the commercials" in fact never specifying 'extra' anything. Corporate greed and employees with no logical skills equals less business! It was their mistake and they were unwilling to satisfy the customer. No, I will not pay for YOUR mistake neither with my $$ nor with my time by waiting for you to prepare another pasta. NO SALE...

Llame ahora mismo 7 pm me atendio una muchacha que se le oia en la respiracion que parecia que tania prisa de ir al baño... muy poco cortez me indico que el tiempo de espera seria de hora y media a hora y cuarentaicinco por delivery ... le pregunto las ofertas y me las dijo con molestia... ya con miedo que me escupiera la pizza si le ordenaba le dije buenas tardes y enganche...pesimo servicio y solo por telefono... acto seguido llame a Papa Jhons Pizza del lado y me comi una suculenta Pizza sin malos ratos...espero que mi experiencia sea mejor...
