Arby’s Headquarters & Corporate Office — Attraction in Sandy Springs

My family went for supper at this Arby's in Tomah, WI. on October 18, 2024. What we saw was disgusting for a place that serves food and should be investigated by the local health department.

This Arby's doesn't want you to have good hygiene and they discourage you from washing your hands in the bathroom or being clean.

As I was using the urinal an Arby's manager guy came out the the bathroom stall after he just went number 2 and flushed the toilet. He walked out of the bathroom stall and right out the door without washing his hands, which is gross by it self. Then I seen this manager guy helping to prepare fries, drinks and putting the food on the trays.

Then my wife pointed out the sign on the bathroom door. It says No Personal Hygiene in The Restrooms (Personal Hygiene Includes washing hands and face). Now I know why this manager guy did not wash his hands, this Arby's doesn't want you to wash your hands and doesn't want you using good hygiene in their bathroom.

For a food establishment to post a sign on the bathroom door telling their customers not to be hygiene is just asking for germs, disease, contaminate the food and make the customers ill. I hope that no one that eat there tonight gets really sick. That should be a lawsuit waiting to happen and the health department should be looking into this.

I glad our family already had our food and were already done eating. Won't be going back to this Arby's ever again.

Please look at the attached photos, this is not expectable from a food establishment in any way, they seriously need to be investigated.

Other issues we had while eating here that night: The wait staff talks to much and doesn't pay attention to the lobby being clean, numerous tables not cleaned off. While ordering our food, a customer (who must have also been an off duty employee) where fighting about the customer (employee) still being there because his shift was done, the customer (employee) told the other employee he would call management if she kept saying stuff to him like that, not sure what it was all about, but seemed like us as customers did not need to hear their argument.

The bathroom was dirt, with toilet paper all over the floor in the stall, garbage over flowing and need to be taken out, this with the fact that numerous tables not cleaned off, yet employees had time to talk and fight.

Very sad,love the beef and cheddars,don't like to be cheated though or talked to like a dog by Even HQ.They falsely advertise to paraphrase "they have the meats",however, apparently they plan on keeping them after you paid for them in sit down restaurant steak prices.They advertise big very thick meats with cheddar rolling over ever side of bun,which is false and has been for years.One time when I was younger on tray mat I ordered beef n cheddar,as usual hardly any meat,dot of cheddar,most of it was bun you couldn't see meat much less cheddar dot.So I went to counter aas I was tired of their false advertisements,and opened my beef n cheddar,and said excuse me I think you gave me wrong order(sarcasm as I knew this was their routine and still doing it) that what I ordered as I pointed at the false advert on tray beef n cheddar ,that I ordered and paid for that and didn't recieve my order.They still refused to honor,but it was still amusing how I exposed them.Last visits ,2nd to last I ordered 2 classic roast beef again couldn't find the meat except with magnifying glass almost,but to make it more horrible,the little slice of meat on their after already eating first,to my disgust,the skipped meat was old and had a huge green spot in the middle about size of a quarter.So called and was lied to later I got sick.I called HQ,They were hostile and nasty about it and lied.Last visit same beef cheddars.Included us pictures they advertise falsely for years,and actually pictures of what they really serve.I live Arby's beef n cheddar but I must say goodbye to them finally for false advertising and horrible customer service.First is pic of beef n cheddar they falsely advertise,2nd pic is the reality of what you get as this is supposed to be a beef n cheddar as well.No longer a customer sadly,tired of false advertisement for many years only to get that type of beef n cheddar at extremely high prices with horrible service.Why haven't they been stopped already?Well they lost me as a customer finally as I've put up with this for years since being a teen and it's only gotten worse.Not paying almost 10 dollars for basically an old bun no more.Hope everyone else boycotts...

You need to check in on Jasper Store, my sandwich was iced cold,.i don't think it was heated properly. We were charged for extra red ranch and instead it had no cheese and was barely any red ranch on it. When we called to complain because this happened yesterday except it was as cold, the woman who answered seemed to have a really big problem with our request. She was extremely rude very smart I like and said well there's red ranch on there isn't there? I'll add the picture of this supposed red ranch she put on and the charge that we got charged extra I wish I had a recording of the phone too. I'll be letting the health department know that I'm very concerned that things are not being heated the proper temperature and I'm wondering what else is going on at the store. I fully believe this woman did this on purpose with intention of giving less red ranch since we asked for more. If you don't get rid of this woman you're going to lose all of your customers from her cuz she is one really rude and just nasty human being. By her response, I just hope you record all your phone calls and listen to how she talked to us. And I am concerned about the health and safety of the food made by this person the way she acted, I wish make sure the health department is well aware, regularly, of my valid concerns. I'd hate to make people extremely ill because this woman still works there and the level of lack of care, becoming outwardly offended and extremely hostile by the way she said, "well there is red ranch on there isn't there?" And didn't even say she was sorry. This woman is going to sink your whole establishment if you don't get rid of her. I will be reporting her to BBB for false charges hoping for a nice audit as well. What a minimally small tiny thing to have a mark on your entire chain and ruin your reputation even more over such a small tiny little thing that would have taken her last effort than it took for her to be rude to us. But that's Arby's as long as she works there...
