I've done this hike a few times, and it's beautiful every time. Dress in layers, it can go from windy and cold to sunny and hot from bend to bend and throughout the day. Sun protection! No shade, so wear a hat, bring sunscreen. Dogs are allowed on leash It's a loop trail unless you miss the turn and go all the way to the top, then it becomes an in and out path and goes from 2.5 miles to about 5 miles. Relaxing walk with the wind....after around 20min, find the T-junction and turn right. Enjoy even more. I never made the loop so I don’t know where it will lead.
