Great STEEP trail from highway 101 up to the larger Marin train systems. This train will connect all the way to the Pacific Ocean, but the first .4 miles are right up a hill with numerous switchbacks and stairs. The views are great of the bay while you go up and there is a park and ride parking lot at the bottom No dogs or bikes

I was shooooook It was so windy but so magical up here One minute you still hear the highway, the next you're in the clouds and hearing only the ocean-wave-like music of the leaves in the wind. No washroom; usually pretty short on parking spots cuz of the bus/Caltrain access
