I purchased 10 Leland cypress trees for a privacy fence. I hired Cody (from R and C) to plant them at a charge of 50% of the price of the trees). Upon arrival, he told me that the top broken off of one tree and he would give me a discount of 20%. He neglected to tell me that it wouldn’t grow any taller.
