Unfortunately, the pizza at Crust is very inconsistent. I picked up slices about a month ago and they were excellent. I noticed at that time that there was someone other than the owner making the pizza and hoped that was a good sign - that he (the owner) had hired someone who knew how to make a good pizza. Unfortunately, on a recent order for a whole pie that person was not working, and it appeared that the pizza had been made by the owner. Bacon is not crumbled bits but large pieces of freshly cooked real bacon strips. Chicken is a sliced grilled chicken breast rather than the contents of a frozen bag of chicken bits. You will be pleasantly surprised. And the prices are reasonable. $12 for a 2 topping pizza...and they only have one size, which is...
