When we moved down to the South Shore from just north of Boston we were completely spoiled by Regina’s Pizza. Desperate to find good non-bar style pizza on the South Shore we were happy to have found Crust which is the closest we’ve come to finding pizza equivalent in style to Regina’s in the area. Bergamo and Sicilian are by far our favorites! They have inconsistent quality; sometimes the toppings are not evenly spread or ingredients seem lower quality depending on the pizza you order.

Sandwiches, pizza or salads made to order with a smile. A few tables inside and on beautiful Scituate days a few tables on the front porch overlooking the fountain and reservoir. Eat in or takeout. Food is delicious. Great for anyone looking for a quite bite for lunch or dinner. My advice if possible, call ahead as they do get busy. Excellent service. I had to take a call on the porch. They wrapped up the sandwich and gave me the handoff out on the porch. Nice touch.

Guy on the phone had a real bad attitude seemingly annoyed that I called. Then I asked for the manager he said “speaking”. All I had ordered was a pepperoni pie, I told the guy to get a life. When my pizza came it looked like charcoal. Never go here worse experience ever.

Unfortunately, the pizza at Crust is very inconsistent. I picked up slices about a month ago and they were excellent. I noticed at that time that there was someone other than the owner making the pizza and hoped that was a good sign - that he (the owner) had hired someone who knew how to make a good pizza. Unfortunately, on a recent order for a whole pie that person was not working, and it appeared that the pizza had been made by the owner. The pizza was under cooked and soggy, so much so that it was difficult to get the slices out of the box to put into the oven to cook longer. The pizza was so poorly cut that one couldn't even see the slices on some of the pie. Where slices could be seen, one slice was only about two inches wide at the crust while the next slice was about five inches wide. The sauce was awful. I grew up in Queens, NY, where the pizza is extraordinary and so I may have very high standards when it comes to pizza, but this place completely...

My first pizza from Crust was sublime. Unfortunately the quality was too inconsistent the following two times I ordered from Crust. The second pizza was under cooked. The third pizza was over cooked and burnt, like I was chewing on cardboard. It's like a Goldilocks story! Tried several times over the course of several days to reach out to the owner, to let him/her know about this inconsistency, but he/she was never on site when I called. Could be the reason for an inconsistent product. I tried Crust as a new neighbor, but I've moved on, in search a "go to"...

Absolutely great crispy pizza and fresh higher quality ingredients. When you order "olives" for example, you will be surprised to see sliced kalamata rather than canned black. Bacon is not crumbled bits but large pieces of freshly cooked real bacon strips. Chicken is a sliced grilled chicken breast rather than the contents of a frozen bag of chicken bits. You will be pleasantly surprised. And the prices are reasonable. $12 for a 2 topping pizza...and they only have one size, which is...
